LOCAL DELIVERIES - Drivers are home every night!

We are a growing company that is seeking individuals who desire a long-term career. Drivers must have valid Class A CDL with current DOT medical card.

Local deliveries are within 150 miles radius of Kyle, TX each day. Guaranteed 40+ hours per week and overtime is paid after 8 hours in one day. Normal shift is Monday-Friday, 7:00-4:30. No nights or Weekends

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drivers make several deliveries throughout the day. Truck drivers assist our customers in unloading our product and provide excellent customer service. This is not a drop and hook position, drivers unload material
• Once deliveries are complete our drivers return to the warehouse and assist with loading their truck for the next day
• Experience with forklifts and bar code RF scanners is required
• Drivers perform proper and complete pre-trip inspection as per FMCSA regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
• Commercial driver's license CDL
• Ability to handle physical workload. Daily routine may be as much as 90% loading, unloading, walking in excess of 10,000 steps daily (approx. 5 miles) on a concrete floor.
